	The Boone County Historical Society hosts programs pertaining to local history and heritage on the 3rd Thursday, every other month, at the Main Library in Burlington. Their new website is under construction, but copies of their newsletter may be downloaded from their page on the County's web site. The newsletters are up to date and list current initiatives and details about upcoming programs.

Kenton County Historical Society

	Founded in 1977, the Kenton County Historical Society: • Sponsors tours of historical sites • Co-sponsors the annual Northern KY History Day at NKU • Produces numerous award-winning publications, collection of papers, documents and photographs archived at the Kenton County Public Library. • Co-sponsors monthly lecture series at Baker-Hunt Foundation.
